It's a bucket
How does one review a bucket? It holds water. It hasn't rusted, yet (about six months after purchase), so the "stainless steel" is at least decent quality. It doesn't leak (the bottom is seamless, so leaking is basically impossible). The handle is well attached without breaking structural integrity (see "leaking is impossible"). I thought I wanted the hooks, but I haven't really used them, so no comment on their durability.

THIS IS A MUST FOR ANYONE WHO HAS A CHAIN LINK FENCE AND A DOG!!!!
MY DOG LOVES THIS. I have a GSD and he will wait to drink water from our inside bowls so he can go outside for the water in this bucket. He loves playing around with it, but it stays STURDY on the fence. Easy to use. Easy to pull from the fence, rinse out, and fill back up.

Disappointef
I was disappointed in the quality of these pails. Holes were drilled for the hangers to be attached with rivets. Holes were bigger than rivets so you can only fill to within about 2.5 inches from the top.

I love this! It hooks easily on the fence so my rambunctious lab isn't able to carry it off or tip it over. I also love that it is stainless steel.
