Excellent for Customising Grips and Small Ergonomic Fixes
I used the black Sugru from this three-pack to customise an iPhone camera grip, and it performed exactly as described. My goal was to add a small amount of shape and contour so my fingers wouldn’t slip over a control dial during use. Sugru was ideal for this because it can be hand-moulded very precisely, allowing me to build up just enough material in the right place without tools or mess. Straight out of the packet, the putty was easy to knead and shape. It adhered well to the grip surface and stayed in position while I worked, which made fine adjustments much easier than expected. After curing, it set fully within the recommended timeframe and surprised me in a good way: once cured, it’s firmer and lighter than I anticipated, with a clean, rubbery finish that feels durable rather than soft or tacky. In use, the modification has held up perfectly so far and has genuinely improved the ergonomics of the grip. It hasn’t shifted, peeled, or degraded with handling, and it looks neat enough that it feels like a purposeful design feature rather than a DIY patch. This is a great product for small customisation jobs, ergonomic tweaks, and practical improvements where traditional glue or sealant wouldn’t offer enough control. Anyone who enjoys refining or adapting their gear will likely find plenty of uses for it. I’m impressed enough that I’m already thinking of other items I could improve with Sugru.

Brilliant stuff - solves may little issues around the home/car.
Love this stuff - simple to use. I have used it for customize- able buttons, cable connector enforcement, stabilizing a phone/car holder, small breaks on toys, covering sharp edges/corners of things etc…

Pricey but effective cable repair solution
My braided MacBook charging cable started fraying after just six months (likely my fault from unplugging it by pulling on the cable). This solution seemed pricey for the number of packets you get, so I deducted one star. However, this is the only product I could find that helps repair cables. I used way too much, so use less than you think you need. Once you open the package, you cannot save it or reseal it, so have a few applications in mind so you can use all of it at once. I got the pack with all three colors, which will be convenient for other projects. Overall, this is a great product and I recommend trying it out if you're like me and have fraying or damaged cables!

Really good at what it does.
I found sugru a few years ago, and have bought it off and on as needed for different projects. In the description its called a 'super glue' - well, sort of. To me, it's more like a self-curing modeling clay with glue mixed in. It sticks to what I put it on, cures without having to be put into a kiln, and can be shaped to lots of uses. But I won't use it to stick two pieces of a broken cup together - it would work, but the seam would have to be pretty thick. And it isn't food grade. What I have used it for: protect USB wire where it enters the plug, put a loose handle back on a skillet solidly, and add a hand grip to it - sugru's heat resistant, and has had no trouble with my x-hot burner turned all the way up, no discoloration, bubbling, etc. at all. I put little blobs of sugru on the ends of hooks to make them gentler on my clothes - I'd like to say they were little globes, but I didn't make them that perfect - but they do work perfectly. I put oil on the inside of a bottle cap and used it to mold bumpers for my toilets to keep the seat cover from pushing the top cover off - I wasn't sure how long that would take to cure, but in 24 hours it was fine; still there, unobtrusively doing the job. And I've used it to replace those little rubber feet that are always falling off of things. None of the sugru feet have fallen off yet. And what is VERY important for me is that this does NOT have a strong, lingering smell. I'm chemically sensitive, so a lot of the glues, molding products, epoxy's and such out there would give me a really bad day - or month. It does have some smell, but it doesn't last more than a few minutes after the packet is opened, and is not a strong smell - even so, some things would still be a problem with a mild smell, but I haven't had any problems with this, despite my sensitivity, so I'd say this would not bother someone who is not particularly sensitive to what's in it.

Worked really well to repair the cracks in my cars dashboard, though it does turn a dark shade of gray and doesn't remain black once it's set.
