They have miniaturized it, unfortunately. I BOUGHT two inhalers 9 mis ago, gave one to my husband, put one in my purse. I recently experienced how EFFECTIVE this product is. I've been experiencing sinus headaches (seasonal allergens) with pressure on the front of my face, temple, eyes, nose, down to my jaws. I felt burning in my eyes and nose every time I inhaled. The inhaler really helps my sinuses. Some I've tried in the past either had salt but weren't strong enough, or were strong but had no salt.
