Good product for its price. No sign of wear after 4 months. I would recommend it for people with no weightlifting/gripping background as a good way to build hand strength. People with naturally strong hands might rather choose the 150 version to begin with. The knurling could be a bit more aggressive, but it's rather a personnal taste.
