It really is a dark grey, not black, grey. I wish there was a black or even a mirror grey/black available on amazon but there isnt. It is nice but it also seems to make certain hues brighter (such as yellow lenses) which can be useful in some situations.The lens is very thick and should last a long time, added to that the cheap price and this is a win-win.

They work O.K. The problem is they scratch very easy. I just wash them and try not to wipe.Just change them often.

Not a real Oakley lens, unlike a real Oakley lens these have no marking on them. They are barely a shad darker then clear. They lasted 2 runs and had to be replaced. I never had a lens haze out so quick in 35+ years of duning in Glamis. Save your money and buy the real thing.
