Recommended and very useful
I had pain in my hand and wrist, used this for a couple of weeks and the pain went away, very much recommended. If you buy two can be used for keyboard use as well. I attached Ikea pads under the rest so that it slides easily on my table.

Not comfortable
The position of wrist with this pad is too high with Logitech MX master 3 mouse and that is not a small mouse))) Nonetheless the quality of the product is good. Maybe it can be used with high keyboards, but for the mouse this pad is too high.
