Be aware that even small doses of vitamin B6 can cause peripheral neuropathy symptoms. I have been taking this for a week and my symptoms started in the evening on the first day. I thought I had overdone it with my exercise but each night I was having worse pain in my feet and legs. I stopped taking it yesterday and my symptoms are significantly better but still there. I knew the symptoms were that of peripheral neuropathy which I am familiar with because of family history of diabetes.
