I use these mats when baking pies or any kind of pastry, for grilling fish & chicken, baking pizza as well as baking biscuits in place of wax paper. Pies just slide off the mat, no need to struggle to scrape the pies of the pan which often leaves a huge mess to clean too. All you need to do is wash the mat with a soapy sponge and wipe it dry. Go ahead and purchase these mats, you will not regret it.
