Missing cable - unusable!
This printer doesn’t connect through WiFi, only cable. Package arrived without this USB cable - what a headache and unusable!

I bought there for my 12 year old kid because of his school project it has sharp picture quality overall it's good but the most annoying thing is it doesn't have any printer cable and it only connectivity is via printer cable so other it's value of money they should have given answer the cable you have to buy it separately and didn't even mention it that you don't have the cable

Waste of time and money
I don't need to print very often, so this seemed like a steal - a reputable brand plus the print, scan, and copy features I needed. What I didn't realize was how poor the print quality would be: phantom lines, misaligned colors, pages cut off, and streaks through even simple black and white pages. I tried to fix with the help of HP's Technicians, but after wasting an entire cartridge of ink on alignment and cleaning, I finally gave up. The only bright spot in the experience was Amazon's return policy - they took back this hunk of junk no questions asked!
