After 4-5 days of consuming about 1gm 1-2 times a day, I can say that my memory recollection has become better to an extent. I have tried other brain tonics which have helped in other ways, but they didn't help me in the recollection as this does! Also, I have noticed that it acts as a (mild) laxative, though I have not come across this aspect/side effect in any of the articles/videos I have viewed. The laxative effect is significantly enhanced if the product is consumed in/as a hot beverage.

I have tried 2 other brands apart from Rooted Active Naturals, specifically for lions mane. And this is the only company i trust as of now. The customer communication for this brand is also very good and quick. I emailed them about the extraction method and they were very quick in their reply and also thorough with their answer.

A bit too expensive compared to value it provides and claims are not fully verified yet .

I didn't notice anything even after 3 weeks. It didn't work and the price is very high for cheap packaging

I have been using this product since quite a few months now to support cell regeneration and improve the cognition for my dad's ongoing Parkinsonism & Dementia. We have seen visible difference in his cognition and overall receptiveness. However, one should be aware this just a supplement and shall not be used for medical cure.
