It's ok
If the purpose is for resin art then it is really strong and gets hot immediately and could cause terrible smell when you use it with resin. I am not sure how others use it

I have a model Bosch GHG500 Heat Gun from 2016 and it's still working. I wanted a temperature controlled model and so Bosch was a natural choice. The manufacturer's packing has been made too flimsy. Amazon does not use any packaging and so the box arrived d.a.m.a.g.e.d with the nozzle dented and plenty of scratches. It's recommended to pick this in a B&M-store (you-buy-what-you-see) and it's even better if you can find a 'made in Romania' specimen. : )
