This is my go to computer. Lot of memory to do what you need to do. Also a fats network card. Tough screen doesn't work well with a pen

I've had this laptop for about a month and could not be more pleased with it. It functions as expected, performs well, and the fingerprint login is a great time-saver. The battery hasn't come close to running out in the times I've left the house with it to use elsewhere for hours. I don't even think about taking the power cord with me because I don't need it unless I'd be on for 7-8 hours non-stop on battery. It's a great device and I highly recommend it. No complaints at all.

i like it, only thing i don’t love is the battery life

I chose the gold and love the color; however, the white labeling on the metallic colored keys does not show up as dominantly as on darker keys. The backlit feature helps with this, but if you rely on the letters and numbers standing out, you might consider another color. Performance of the laptop is perfect. I especially like the roominess of keyboard when typing.

The laptop arrived looking just like the picture and I spent a couple of days installing updates until it was ready to install Windows 11. Once 11 was installed, I used the machine online for three ours, got a battery low warning, and the laptop went to sleep never to wake up again. I plugged it in and tried to restart; the light on the power button came on then went off. I let it charge for an hour and tried again, but again it refused to start. I let it charge overnight and tried again, but the machine refused to start. I've been in the computer world for three decades and tried every fix I knew and could find short of opening the case. In the end I returned it and they promptly refunded my money. My educated guess is that the battery is bad. The machine worked perfectly when it worked, but the battery should have lasted longer, and failing to restart after a charge points to the battery or the charging system.

Very pleased with this PC and it was a great price!

Have had multiple issues since purchasing including my screen randomly turning black and white, fonts appearing large without me setting it that way, volume driver continually malfunctioning and I have to uninstall and restart, bottom of the keyboard separating from the top part etc. My daughter also has an HP envy (which is supposed to be top of the line) and have had multiple issues with hers as well from the time she received it. Not sure if it's because these are purchased on Amazon and not directly from the HP store why they have so much issues but I will unfortunately not be purchasing anymore HPs from hereon...Will upgrade to a Mac in the future because my son has one and it has no issues whatsoever 🤷🏽

A nice laptop ,easy to use

Aunque es de plástico la cubierta no se siente ligera sino firme/maciza. Nunca había tenido una laptop de 14" con resolución de pantalla 1920x1080. Es muy rápida y descarga actualizaciones, apps y archivos velozmente. La cámara web es buena mas sin embargo un poquito pixeliada con poca luz. Compacta y delgada en comparación con mi Toshiba 2015 de 14". El mouse bluetooth se conectó muy bien y funciona sin problema. Estoy muy contenta con esta nueva adquisición y creo que vale lo que cuesta. Un plus para mi es que las "gomas" de la pantalla (para que no se golpee con el teclado) y las de abajo para que no se deslice son de silicona, esto es importantísimo por que soy alérgica al caucho/látex/hule.

Good product. Performs very well. Would've been better if stylus was included in the packing. :-).

La computadora es muy bonita, tiene excelente memoria, la puedes usar como tablet y tiene excelente capacidad y tarjeta de gráficos, el procesador es intel 5i de 10ma generación. Me gustó mucho
