I ordered 2 bottles of Natures Zest probiotics - the 60 billion and the 100 billion. I took the 60 billion for one month and had no issues. I have only just recently now opened and started using the 100 billion probiotics and found they were making me feel really unwell. Today I closely examined these capsules only to find the contents are entirely solidified and congealed rock hard. Clearly, they are completely degraded probiotics and unfit for consumption. As it has been more than 30 days since I ordered them, it appears the option to swiftly and quite rightly obtain a refund for faulty unfit products is not easily available. These are an expensive product please advise how I go about obtaining a refund.If you order these probiotics please check the contents of the capsules to ensure they are not solidified before taking them.

I’ve found Natures Zest in particular to help very well both 60 and 100 million versions. Noticeable results returning ablutions to normal after just 1 or 2 pills feeling more settled.

Really helpful. I've noticed a difference to my digestion and overall wellbeing.

The powder in the capsule is completely rock solid, I even tried to bite the capsule to break up the powder but it still stays hard. I did think I wasn’t noticing any changes in my stomach, as usually probiotics really help. I checked to see if all the other capsules were like this and they were. Very disappointed

You can see from the pic that the tablets are not the same the first bottle I opened were old , I know from experience that these tablets go to look yellow and like there is less powder in them when they are old . The next bottle I opened seemed to be fine but I’m yet to open the other 2 !!!

Misleading as nowhere in advertisement does it say the dosage is 1-2 tablets and the dosage is 100million meaning only 50million bacteria in each tablet. Probably better deals therefore elsewhere.
