Delivery was quick and the item arrived in good condition. I immediately used the stapler to staple a stack of 62 sheets for a user manual that I had printed. It worked very well and should work for a much thicker stack as well. The item was easy to load (with the included staples) and was easy to use. The appearance, size and power are all good.

I have used this heavy-duty stapler thrice. Reading the other customer reviews beforehand, I was worried that the staples supplied wouldn't be suitable for this stapler or the 20+ page packets I needed to staple, but these staples are perfect for the job.

Make sure you buy the heavy duty Staples. Wish I bought years ago! Mades my life easier.

Stapler works great when you have the right staples. The staples that come with the stapler are too long. We couldn't figure out why the stapler wasn't working. It kept jamming. Someone here who is good at fixing things took it home to do an examination. She said, "You don't have the right size staples. These staples are too long and therefore hang off. Buy some 1/2 inch heavy duty staples and it should work fine." We did just that, and it works great.

Bought this to use at work and I am not the only person to use it. Had for a year and this thing has stapled millions of papers with hardly any wear and no issues. I work at a prison and we use around 3000 sheets daily or more. It is worth every dime, I couldn't even get upset if it stop working today and had to buy another one. It is and has been a true workhorse. I most definitely recommend buying.
