I've looked for sometime at many pocket lights and at times felt quite confused with the seemingly overwhelming range of these sort of lights available. However this small pocket RGBWW light seems to have everything you could want from a pocket light. The colour accuracy is great, the Sidus app is perhaps the best on the market and the flexibility the light has is unmatched by others. It could do with being a bit brighter and it's not the cheapest but overall this is in my opinion the best pocket light on the market.

Since I got this, I have used it on almost every video shoot I have been on! I still light my subjects with full-sized lights, but where this little light has become a hero is for the background. Those little nooks and crannies in the background of shots (especially in interviews) that just need a little extra light. The light is easy to set to whatever HSL color you want, or the color temperature of white light. Brightness is adjusted simply with a wheel on the side. The info screen is easy to understand and navigate. If you need it to do more complex things, you can connect to the app. The App works well (a little more work to figure it out) but I have never had any issue connecting the light to it. (Which is often where apps for camera and lighting fall apart... they are no good to me if I cannot get the equipment to connect to it when I am out in the field!) But the app for this light remembers my light every time and connects instantly. Battery life is surprisingly good! At full brightness, it lasts more than an hour. It does seem a little slow to charge back up again, but I have run it while it was plugged in and it seemed to work fine. You can run it from an outlet or from a power bank if you have the right kind. Overall, I love this light and plan to purchase more in the future. I really didn't realize how handy this little thing would be when I got it, and now I consider it to be part of my everyday kit.
