Not tinned. Otherwise it is exactly as it says.

I used this to run power to my bow-mount trolling motor. The lighter gauge wire installed by the boat shop for the previous owner, was not tinned and showed corrosion at both ends of the connections. This wire is very flexible, making it easy to snake through tight areas, and heavy enough gauge that there is no resistance or overheating running the 24 volt trolling motor at maximum speed all day.

Works as advertised. Added my connectors and the wiring works great.
