I purchased the item it came on time, but for some reason didn't work. I contacted the customer support staff and they replied within the first few hours, and sent over a brand new device. The device works perfectly, fingerprint was easy to install, the passcode was easy to set and most importantly, the customer support along the way was top tier.

I really like the quality of this safe. The fingerprint scanner works very well I’ve had another brand that would never work with the scanner, but this one works every time. I like that it has a code and key to open it as well for backups. It’s easy to clip to something solid so it can’t be stolen, and fits nicely under a car seat. The company is very good to work with if you should have a warranty issue. They reply quickly and are very helpful with any issue that might arise. It has excellent quality, especially in this price range.

Very nice and reliable for the price. Not the thickest material but not ment to be inpenetrable.

Good sturdy safe. Like that you can have multiple codes to open. Fits two handguns. Easy access. Just what I wanted. Love the digital print feature. So easy to open.

I will be comparing this too the Vaultek VT20 pistol safe as I now own both. I will start by saying the value of this safe is excellent. It appears well built and I could not find any visible flaws. It came very well packaged. The buttons are large and the biometric feature works very well. I was actually very surprised at how well the fingerprint reader worked to open the safe. I was also pleased it stores up to 20 different finger prints. The inside of the safe is spacious and it is lined with nice padded material. It locks securely and positively and it springs open very well. Let me get down to the comparison; The VT20 was almost exactly twice the cost of this safe. And if I had opted for the biometric version of the Vaultek, the Vaultek would be nearly three times the cost. I can confidently say the Vaultek is better in every way. The Vaultek is nearly twice as heavy, has double walled construction, has internal hinges, and two locks which appear twice as thick as this safe. The padding is thicker and better on the Vaultek, it has rechargeable batteries(this one uses 4 AA batteries which are not included), an internal light, lighted buttons, and an app which helps you change settings and reset the safe in case of tampering. With all of that being said, If you are looking to have a quick access safe which will keep a firearm safe from children at an inexpensive cost then this will do the trick. If you want more features and a more secure safe, AND are willing to spend 2 to 3 times as much, buy a Vaultek.

As an owner for nearly a year, the safe is light weight and sturdy. Setup was quick with a few steps and the biometric has been accurate and reliable over time. And I wanted to highlight a recent positive interaction with ONNAIS Support. After reaching out for assistance about 11 months after purchase, support was quick to respond, easy to work with, and they went above and beyond to resolve. Support is an important aspect for a purchase like this and wanted to highlight and thank the support team - happy customer….

Loving this little ONNAIS safe! It’s a great buy, and while certainly not top of the line or the biggest/heaviest single gun safe out there, it certainly does the job it is intended for. Great size and love the fingerprint reader..... which actually works! So often little safes and other items have fingerprint readers that lack luster. The capacity in this safe is not to shabby either. As you can see from the picture it has a stand in for a 4.25 in 1911 with a win holster and a spare mage (similar to what a person would edc) and it fits great. Testing it out with other items it would fit a single full size firearm with a light (think 1911 and sure fire combo) or two smaller firearms (think sub compacts). Overall a great little safe that does exactly what it should, lock up a firearm and only allows it to be accessible if you have the key, code, or the matching fingerprint. Only downside to this product is the numbers are not back lit which can make it tough to open in the middle of the night or in instances where there isn’t ambient light, however in these instances its best to just just the fingerprint reader anyway. One additional comment, this is sturdy and would deter someone from trying to break in to steal the contents, I do wonder how long it would last if someone was committed to getting in. It would be quite a bit of work, but I imagine with a hammer and a couple of screw drivers someone could likely dent it up enough to see inside, but likely wouldn’t be able to get ahold of the contents. All in all, this is appears to be a solid buy! I plan to update this review in the future to demonstrate how it holds up over daily use.

I was sad at first because no matter how closely I followed the instructions, I couldn’t open the safe with the default password, couldn’t reset it, couldn’t add fingerprints, etc. It wasn’t till I watched the instructional video that I realized I received a faulty product. I did a replacement return (arrived overnight the next day), and sure enough I was right! Now that I’m able to see its full potential, I’m very pleased with this purchase. It’s a really good safe for the price. I’d highly recommend!
