I am so happy with these pillow cases! I've been looking for pillowcases that feel cool without luck for so long. The pillow case I have that is cool is getting old and I haven't been able to find anything to replace it, until now. I really like the zippers on these, the pillow stays put and I can move it around or scrunch it to shape without worrying about it coming out of the case. The material is soft and feels good against the skin. It doesn't absorb sweat and stays cool and dry. But the best part is it does what it says, it feels cool against my skin. Does it stay cool forever with your head on it? of course not, but it's a simple matter to move to the other end or flip to the other side and get a nice, cool spot again. And my other pillowcases never start out as cool and warm up faster, so this is definitely a step up. I'm sleeping better and feeling better, so this is a win for me.

It really has a cooling effect and is also very soft and smooth on the skin. I love the hidden zipper. This pillowcase stays in place. Most of all, i don’t feel the need to iron it smooth.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I am a hot sleeper in the back of my neck idk y doesn't matter how cold my room is my neck gets hot I wake up wet from sweat with these pillow cases that is no longer a problem I really do love the cool side of the pillow it's soft as well

The good:The pillowcases are very soft and comfortable. They're a little stretchy, so they don't squash the fluffiness of the pillow and the hidden zipper is perfect.The bad:They're no more cooling than any other pillowcase. Flip any pillow to the cool side and it feels good for about a minute before warming to your body heat. It feels exactly the same with these. My husband has a cooling blanket that feels great, so I was hoping for better, but not only is this fabric not as good as that blanket, but I don't see how it could work even if it was. The blanket relies on the outside air to cool it down while it's on the body. A pillow has no airflow, so it's never going to stay cool.

I ordered the envelope-style pillowcases because the ones with zippers are very difficult to put onto and take off my pillows. I returned the first set and was sent the same exact ones as a replacement, so I just kept them because now the envelope-style ones in the color I ordered are out of stock. As for the pillowcases themselves... they work great for me! I suffer from night sweats and hot flashes and these pillowcases have really helped cool me down. I love that I can turn the pillow around and still have a cool spot once these warm up a little too much. I just wish I could get the envelope-style... and that they made them with this cooling fabric on both sides instead of just one. I have no need for the warm side of it.This was my third order of these type of pillowcases. I have noticed that they seem to loose their cooling abilities after several washes. Also, the zippers in them tear out of the fabric pretty easily if you're not careful when putting them on and taking them off your pillows. But, for the better night's sleep that I've gotten from using them, I'll let that slide.A note to the seller / manufacturer... Please consider labeling the different styles better to indicate if it is envelope-style or zipper-style. I had to open the package all the way up and take them out to find out that they were the wrong ones... twice. It might also help Amazon send me the right ones in the future. ;)
