KJV Compact Checkbook Bible, Black Bonded Leather, Red Letter: King James Version, Holy Bible

The size of this Bible is perfection. It has a nice cover and the way to close it is simple. The size is just right and can be tucked into back pocket of pants or side of backpack with ease.

I like the size it is perfect for my needs when I go on vacation also I like the fact it has the red letter addition. The writing is very small but that’s to be expected.

I used to have a similar one when I was younger and was glad to see they still make them. It is a beautiful Bible. Yes, the words are small, but they are still highly readable. The paper is wonderful and is a thin Bible paper that feels like it’s from years ago. I’m not sure, but it seems like Bible paper was made differently back in the day. Today’s Bibles are great too but this one has something special to it. It fits perfectly in my purse. I highly recommend.

The print is very small so a magnifying bookmark would be useful, but the text is clear and the Bible is a great size for putting in your purse or backpack. It is too large to put in your pocket, but is still smaller than even the thinner "gift Bibles". The clasp is metal and seems strong. I personally would have preferred if they used velcro, but I like it nonetheless. The KJV text contains both Testaments and preserves the correct spelling of things like "ensample" but I did notice a few typographical errors otherwise I would have given five stars. I liked mine enough to buy one for someone else.

Pocket sized, page marker, buttoned closing, and the truth of the Lord. It's the Bible and that alone it doesn't have the parables, kings English, or the concordance in it. It runs from a couple pages of the table of contents and the last page is Revelations 22 great for keeping in your vehicle Incase you need it our you feel the need to be a witness and provide a Bible for someone that needs one! My only complaint is as is brand new the opening flap is rather unwieldy it's stiff and constantly wants to sit in front of the text surely with some use it'll start to stay out of the way.
