This Vent Cover works perfectly with my AC Infinity RAXIAL S6, Inline Booster Duct Fan, https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07ZPC5GTX Nice tight fit. Looks good too! Used it in an old 6" stove pipe to help ventilate an atrium that gets up to 100 degrees in the summer. Now with the fan on low, with the sun beaming in, it stays around 80 degrees. I would recommend both!

I only received 6 out of 7 packages of vents. There was a 4" B vent Y in the box though?

Had a floor vent not conventional in size for box store availability. Searched “round” floor vent and this was a much needed find! Good quality and allows good air flow underneath a bath vanity

No worries about this popping out, it fits snuggly. Our vent is near the ceiling, and when you look up at the vent cover it looks like an old-fashioned metal cover. But no concerns about it falling out on someone’s head! Even if it did, it’s soft and lightweight so would do no harm.

This was perfect and just popped in for our needs. I like the angled slats so it has a “cleaner” look when staring at the ceiling!
