Fresh. Bright red. The 50+ trace minerals in this are so powerful for brain health and who knows how much else. Celtic sea salt is a bit better 75ish total on minerals and raw honey a bit less than cranberries. Careful are heavy metals present. 2 capsules has allot of heavy metals. So only take a little through out the day and most before a medical medium heavy metal detox smoothie.

Easy to use and when I want more potent burst, it's easy to dump from capsule and add to glass of water, it's not as overbearing as cranberry juice straight.

This product is the best I have tried. I have experienced UTI's monthly and sometimes weekly for most of my adult life. One capsule at bedtime daily along with about 10 oz of water has alleviated the need for almost constant antibiotics. I believe this is due to the fact that some freeze dried particles are within the capsules. Much more convenient than raw cranberry juice which is bitter and hard to find. I classify this as a life changing product!

Love the quality and purity of this product, plus there's no filler ingredients. Very helpful for bladder health and helping get rid of my UTI.
