These are excellent knives to have in the kitchen drawer. They are very sharp and well made. They are not dull; therefore, be careful when using them. Great for slicing fruit and vegetables, and also, meat.

These are the same knives I used at Subway to cut breads open, they stay sharp a very long time, best for slicing vegetables, meat and fish, things like that. I wouldn't recommend for tougher things like certain varieties of cheese
