Alpha Lipoic Acid Powder (RS-ALA, Pure ALA) (Multiple Sizes) Antioxidant (ALA Powder) Scoop Included

I’m still scared of finding out how bad it tastes… so far, nothing! Drinking with lots of water. Indeed. I’ve read too many great reviews about all ingredients and Can’t wait to see results. ALA seems to be the thing I’ve been missing. I’m going to be back to updates weekly.

Product was well-packaged. There was no measuring spoon included. The product has a yellowish color. The taste is awful. I am using 200mg x 2 daily in 12oz H2O with some other powdered supplements. Just this very small amount of 200mg overpowers the other three supplements in the glass and leaves a peppery, almost burning feeling in my throat that takes about 10 minutes to disappear. A dropper of Stevia helps the mixture go down easier! I'd suggest that with this supplement, capsules are the better way to ingest it as you won't have to worry about taste.

I tried many things and ways to dissolve it and it won't work to my liking the best i did is turned it to a grainy residue with Gatorade. Imagine from a fine powder to almost solid. I can say it really is R-ALA I have no doubt.

I was going to wait a week to give a review but I wanted to let everyone know this product comes with a spoon now 💪🏼. I know I read a lot of comments informing the company to at least give a spoon and they did. I’ll be back in a week. 🙂

I read a lot of reviews about how awful the taste is. I put mine in my morning cocktail of multiple supplements, and did not notice any difference. Of course what I take is not real tasty anyway. I take 1 tsp of cayenne pepper, ginger, and cinnamon, plus 3/4 tsp of curcumin, 1/2 tsp Macha green tea, and a few other powdered supplements. I add 2 tbl ACV and two tsp lemon juice. Top it off with 8 ounces of water, stir and drink it down with a straw. Not tasty but not horrible.

I like getting bulk more for your money cause this mineral supplement is expensive
