I've been using Nutricost Melatonin 5mg capsules for a few weeks now, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Secondly, the Melatonin is independently test which is a good indicator of a quality product. Lastly, there aren't any useless excipients mixed in with the Melatonin which, upon research, is something that every other manufacturer included. END RESULT: My beautiful little Italian is now growing back her fur and her estrogen levels are low enough to keep her vital organs healthy. Ergo, this product is saving her life. That's what a call a superb outcome.

I TAKE THIS AS A SLEEP AID.MY SON IN LAW TAKES THEM BECAUSE HE WORKS SWING SHIFTS AND HE FINDS IT DIFFICULT TO SLEEP WHEN HE WORKS MIDNIGHTS. I LOVE THE PEACEFUL SLEEP I GET EVERYNIGHT! i TAKE (2) 5MG CAPSULES AT BEDTIME AND I DRIFT OFF TO SLEEP A FEW MINUTES LATER. THIS PRODUCT DOES NOT INDUCE SLEEP. INSTEAD IT IS THOUGHT THAT IT (MELATONIN) JUST REGULATES THE SLEEPING CYCLE. I SLEEP ABOUT 7-9 HOURS STRAIGHT AND WHEN I AWAKE IN THE MORNING I DON'T HAVE THE MORNING GROGGINESS I USED TO GET WHEN TAKING OTHER OVER THE COUNTER SLEEP AIDS. I FEEL RESTED AND READY FOR THE DAY! I buy a truckload of supplements and most of them I never know if they work. This one actually works and I can feel it with in an hour or less putting me to sleep. I only use one capsule which is 5 mg if I’m so tired, and in a lot of pain, I will use two or either just take another one if I wake up in the middle of the night. Glad to see a quality product for a change.

I have taken them for so long I am usually used to 10 mg. tablets but I preferred the capsules so thought I would try 5's but I ended up just taking 2 at a time. They do work well though. I like this brand just fine.

The melatonin brand I took before this was a pill smaller than a regular-strength aspirin. These capsules are huge in comparison. I don't know why they have to be so big, and it concerns me a little that maybe there's something in there that isn't listed on the bottle, because if you ground up the pills I used to take it would fit in a capsule about 1/3 this size. I don't think I'm going to get these again. I take a lot of pills, so there's no reason to be taking ones that are larger than they need to be.
