Everyday low prices and free delivery on eligible orders. Review: Worked for me! - As a smoker for 5 years and a vaper for 3 years, i can say its definitely worked. The book essentially re-wires your brain, particularly when you are withdrawing from nicotine and your brain starts tricking you into buying a new vape. I no longer crave vapes at all, even when going on nights out. Take your time with the book and really take in the information (remember you can vape as you read through this book until the last chapter). I would suggest writing notes as you go through the book so you can refer back once you have quit. It’s been almost 1 month and i feel amazing. Definitely worth a go if you're feeling trapped with vaping and dont know how to quit, but you WANT to quit. Review: Really good read - I was skeptical while reading but once you go through it all without skipping any parts and get to the end, you will be free! I feel really good. After being a smoker for so long and then a vaper. Read Easyway to stop smoking and stopped for 6 months. Then fell into the trap again. Read it again and fell again. Now I've read this book and I honestly don't want to be a slave anymore to this. Its been a long road of stop starting but Alan and John decipher nicotine addiction clearly.

I am free!!!
I was skeptical at first because I have tried to quit a couple of times, but I couldn’t resist the temptation. With Easyway, it was surprisingly easy. After my last vape, I simply gave up and haven’t looked back. I can genuinely recommend this method to anyone who wants to quit and feels ready but, for some reason, hasn’t been able to do it on their own. Thanks so much to Allen and the entire team for this wonderful method and the amazing work you do!

Excellent, I've Quit for Good
Great book, really helps get your mind in a good place to quit for good and untangle the nicotine propaganda of which we have all internalised far more than we realise and that keeps us trapped in ways we don't understand before reading this book

Worked in conjunction with original
This helped me completely quit vaping/nicotine, but I used in conjunction with the original smoking book (which is admittedly better in my opinion)

11 days free! :D
After some scepticism, and having finished this book 11 days ago, I am now 11 days nicotine free! I used to vape 4-6ml 20mg juice a day, and have tried to quit many times to no avail. This book felt like a miracle and I’m so grateful to Allen Carr. Just take your time with the read and absorb all the information and you should have no problem quitting too!

Life-Changing: Allen Carr's Easy Way to Quit Vaping
So, I took a leap of faith and purchased Allen Carr's Easy Way to Quit Vaping as an ebook. Usually the kind of thing I would laugh at and call ridiculous but I had a cold and was feeling sorry for myself so it was some sofa reading. Well, it worked like magic! After 5 years of smoking followed by another 5 years of vaping, this book helped me kick the habit for good. I was a bona fide chain vaper, constantly in my mouth, refusing to sit inside anywhere I couldn't vape, and getting through a 10ml bottle of juice a day, but by the time I reached the end of this book, I was done. Allen Carr's approach is unique and refreshing. He tackles the psychological and emotional aspects of addiction, helping you understand the reasons behind your habit. It's all about changing your perspective. The book challenged my beliefs and debunked the myths surrounding vaping. It made me realize that I didn't need vaping to feel satisfied or deal with stress, if anthing it was causing me stress! I would highly recommend Allen Carr's Easy Way to Quit Vaping to anyone struggling with vaping addiction. It's a game-changer. Believe me, I never thought a book could work, but here I am, living proof that it does.

Patronising, narcissistic, but still a very interesting read.
I read this book in a day, it was a very easy read. For a while, I was convinced I might have found the only cure to my nicotine-dependant life. But 17 hours without a vape later and I find myself in exactly the same position I have been many times before when I have tried to quit vaping - wanting a vape. The book tries to make you think you don’t want to vape. It assumes you came to this book to try and stop vaping, which many of us have, and explains all the reasons why it has been impossible for us in the past. It’s very informative, and very eye-opening. But the book expects you to be at a stage at the end of the book where you are OVERJOYED at the thought of putting your vape down and don’t at all feel like a vaper anymore from the moment you stop. This just wasn’t the case for me. I have been a vaper for years, the book definitely seems a little too big for its boots claiming that I won’t feel like one after a few hours of reading one book. I followed every instruction it gave me, I read every word on every page - and I still feel stressed that I can’t vape. The book would say this is because I’m not in the right headspace - I am relying on willpower and not the ‘Easyway’. But I read the book with the most open of minds, with an excitement to quit vaping as it asked. If following these instructions are all you have to do, why isn’t it easy for me to quit like it says it will be? I am constantly having to use its mantras while still finding myself feeling the ARGHH! feeling it mentions when the ‘Big Monster’ rears its head and you try to ignore it. At its best, this book is a great motivator. At its worst, it’s a little narcissistic. It states very early on in the book that it won’t discuss the health issues tied to vaping because we as readers already know and repeating it would be patronising. Yet, I felt patronised many times throughout the book. Even when I embraced the many times it called me a drug addict, it still didn’t change my brain chemistry. It did help me to understand the reality of vaping a little more, but it was as easy to ignore as the health concerns we are already ignoring as vapers. It just kept saying ‘you won’t take another vape because you won’t want to. Every time you want to, just repeat to yourself YIPPEE - I’M FREE.’ I’m only 23 and I found that patronising. The book is worth a read. It is. As it says, we have nothing to lose by reading it. Either you quit or you don’t and you’re no worse off than before. It’s informative, it helps you understand something you do without thinking. But I’m not sure it’s cured me of my vaping habit at all. I’m still yet to vape as I really do want to quit. But the temptation is just as strong as previous times I’ve tried to quit now that I’m not actively reading the narcissistic motivation the book provides.

Honestly had the hardest time getting through the book. Felt redundant to the point where I almost lost hope, but it really does work. I’m literally in shock. Definitely worth the purchase & HIGHLY recommend to everyone looking to quit smoking. I was a smoker for 15 years & now I’m completely free of it. Mind blowing stuff. Alex Carr is a genius.

At first, I didn’t believe that you could simply quit without withdrawal symptoms just by reading a book. I had tried to stop vaping many times before, but usually only made it until the weekend. I always felt like I was giving up something “great,” but the book completely changed my perspective. Now that I’ve read it, I’m vape-free without any problems or withdrawal symptoms. I don’t even really think about vaping anymore, and in situations where I would usually reach for my vape, I’m actually happy that I don’t have to. After reading the book, you see smoking/vaping the way a non-smoker does — and that’s why quitting becomes so easy!
