Fantastic customer service and great product
This camera was for my daughter’s birthday. She read how brilliant it is and it certainly doesn’t disappoint. The picture quality is amazing and it has so many great features. More importantly for me as a customer, is that I had a billing issue associated with the purchase . I contacted Amazon who contacted the seller, Hive Goods Ltd. I was sceptical as to whether they would reply, but they did so extremely quickly. I sent them the details they requested, and they dealt with the matter literally within minutes. I was extremely impressed with the speed and professional way in which they dealt with the matter, so thank you Hive!

Brilliant bit of kit...
What a great high quality little camera... Before I purchased it, I researched for a high quality pocket camera on YouTube. It came down to this one, or the equivalent Sony. I have a Canon R5 mkii as a main camera and all of the associated accessories. I find it to be an excellent professional level camera for 45mp photos (I don't do any videoing on it). The GX7 has the same menus, similar features and functionality, but only 20mp. After using it for a few months, I love it. Recently I went on a local photography course with my R5 mkii and another person brought the Sony G7X equivalent. I noticed the lack of external buttons and dials etc and it didn't feel as comfortable in the hand. She commented that the Sony menus were not easy to navigate. So, I am delighted that I purchased the G7X and it is easy to keep in the car, and easy to take on days out.
