Q: Is it good for hair growth and premature graying of hair

I purchased it on recommendation of Fit tuber channel on youtube. I am also new to try it. As researched on internet, Bhringraj helps in hair growth and premature graying. Like Any Ayurvedic product, for results you need to try it on long term and regular basis, to see its results.
