Super great product. Has the power and functionality to get you joint pain free quick! Fully recommend this and it has worked great since I've owned it. Still going strong in the durability and design looks like it will keep it going strong for many years. Highly highly recommend buying this. Will work in Kuwait, Iraq, UAE, and Saudi. Good for Camps around the CENTCOM area!

Seems to work
I'm 70 and I'm starting to get pain in my hips, most notably when walking. No other joints affected. I've been taking Osteo Bi-Flex for a week now and the pain is gone. I will say that the pills are absolutely HUGE! I've an abnormally small throat and there's no way I would even attempt to swallow one whole. I bought a scissors type pill cutter also on Amazon and it works great. There is a smaller pill called Osteo Bi-Flex Ease but if I'm reading right, it doesn't have the same ingredients. I'd be in favor of taking 2 smaller pills a day rather than 1 huge pill.

I have been taking this for a couple of years upon the recommendation of an Ortho who drained a small cyst on one of my knuckles. I'm only 53 and originally scoffed at the idea of needing a joint supplement. Well, happy to report I've seen the light! I had been experiencing persistent shoulder pain and after a couple of weeks, noticed the pain fading and then . . . gone. Pretty impressive really. After several months of PT (unsuccessful) this stuff delivered the goods. Yes, the pills are large, but worth the trade off of only taking it once a day (in my opinion). I highly recommend taking with a little food (I use apple sauce) to head off any issues of stomach upset. Overall, an excellent product that delivers on its promises. Highly recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 👍🏼

I like the fact these are One Per Day. They are large pills.

Very large tablet
Previously was taking a very tiny pill. Thought this was the same product but these are huge tablets and I can't swallow them. Giving this bottle away.
