It Works and I Still Can't Believe It
I was dealing with the worst plantar flare up of my life for weeks. I couldn't walk or stand without incredible pain. I was missing work because of it, and all night my feet and legs ached. I didn't expect anything to actually help because nothing has yet, so I ordered these out of intense desperation and I swear they made a huge difference. It was like night and day. They took some getting used to, and the pain isn't completely gone, but instead of the entire underside of my feet hurting at a 10 now it's one spot on each foot hurting at about a 5. I can walk to and from the subway if I have to, and I can stand up for work for a few hours at a time. I never write reviews, lol, and I read a lot of good ones here and thought bull, there's no way. But if a cynical NYer like me says they work, they really freakin' work.

Avoid getting those falling arches
The foot pads that come in your athletic shoes or sneakers is where they cheap out A person who manufactured them told me that the inserts they ship are only supposed to be used for about three weeks! I’ve given these to my daughter a number of times and got used them for myself. They’re in every shoe I own either the blue ones or the red ones. They’re both the same I think also they help with falling arches.

Gets the job done
These inserts help tremendously with my plantar fasciitis. My only complaint is that the insert itself is a little oddly shaped and it forces my feet to tilt and lean in the opposite direction a little bit. What I mean is that particularly on my left foot, it causes my foot to position slightly more leaning to the left, which in turn makes the shape of my shoe slightly distorted. It is not uncomfortable to walk like this unless it's near the end of my shift and I've been on my feet for over 8 hours continuously. I still experience a decent amount of pain in my right foot, but not nearly as much as I did without these inserts. They're comfortable and worth the money, just slightly oddly shaped in my opinion.

They hurt your feet
The moment I first wore them they hurt my feet. I figured I’d give it a few days of wearing them thinking I’d “break them in.” If wear them for 1-2 hours a day and my feet hurt and ache after each time in wore them. Last week I wore them for 4 hours. I was in so much pain I had to take them off. They severely hurt my right ankle. I had pain from my ankle all the way towards my leg at the hip. My ankle swelled up and got purple and for a week I have not been able to step on my right foot. I do not recommend this product. Threw out the product immediately.

Support, Comfort?
These are shaped nicely but are hard. No comfort cushion or padding which made my feet hurt when wearing them. I think the support was there but couldn't wear them long enough due to them being so uncomfortable. Maybe it is just me, I am heavy so maybe I should have looked for more of a cushion support? I hoe they work for others, just not right for me.

Absolute Must Get
I have severe planter feciatis in both my feet ....it's bad.....I've spent hundreds of dollars every couple of years to get custom orthotics and they only last a couple of months before feet start hiring again. This product has cushioning exactly where my feet get sore are strong and last about 6 months before going "flat" and need replacing. The cost for me now is $40.00 a year vs $450.00 ever two year to do the same thing. The only challenge is that like custom orthotics you have to find a shoe they will fit into. Take one with you and make sure your shoe will cater to it. Thanks so much. I love this product. I can walk for miles a day without my feet hurting.

Impressed my podiatrist
I took these to my podiatrist. She said that they were one of the best orthotics she's seen. Arch support was firm like it should be, the length fit my foot perfectly, and the cupped heel protection and toe ball were an "added benefit", as she put it, that you don't see on most orthotics. She thought it was a custom make. Very surprised when I told her that it wasn't.

Not worth it
The cushioning is hard. The original soles in my shoes were more comfortable.
