Nothing works better
Delsym really does work for 12 hours, and it tastes great. Of course it wont stop a few coughs during the day but it will stop the nasty hacking coughing. I wouldnt use anything else. This two pack is a huge bargain.

IF you have COPD this Cough Syrup is for you.
The Cough Syrup works well for me. I have COPD and sometimes I have coughing spells. In my humble opinion this syrup is safe for people with COPD and it works quickly. I also keep a Bottle in my Car in case I start Coughing while in my car.
