A great chalk for the price, but not the best I’ve used. It tends to be my go to for general practice as it’s affordable. I use for pole dancing and it definitely improves my grip however I have used better grips this is more of a dryness than a stickiness. Does leave a residue on skin as shown and can dry out hands so wouldn’t recommend using too often. Does wash off with soap and I always use hand cream after. Make sure you check which bottle you get as this one is a very small travel bottle which is confused on the picture. I did purchase the larger bottle after this as this was more economical for the amount I use it. The travel size however is convenient and can be put on keychain!

Does what it should. Long lasting and wash off easy with water afterwards.

Good liquid chalk, improves grip as you’d expect, lasts a reasonable amount of time before rubbing off. It does what it’s supposed to.

Perfect for when I’m training at the gym

Pretty cheap in comparison to other chalks is very quick to put on and dries pretty quick and gives pretty decent grip in general

Top quality chalk, great in gym. Application is great.
