Effective and Refreshing: CON-CRET Creatine HCl Powder
I recently tried the CON-CRET Creatine HCl Powder in Pineapple flavor, and I am thoroughly impressed with its performance and taste. Performance: This product truly delivers on its promises. I've experienced noticeable improvements in my muscle strength and endurance during workouts. Additionally, the cognitive boost is an unexpected but welcome benefit, keeping my focus sharp both in and outside the gym. Most importantly, there's no bloating or cramping, which sets it apart from other creatine supplements I've tried. Taste: The Pineapple flavor is refreshing and not overly sweet, making it easy to mix and consume regularly. It's a pleasure to drink, whether mixed with water or a smoothie. Quality: Being USA Made and NSF Certified gives extra confidence in its quality and safety. This reassures me that I'm consuming a high-quality product. Overall, CON-CRET Creatine HCl Powder has become an essential part of my fitness routine, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to enhance their physical performance and mental clarity.

Good stuff!
Best creatine supplement - dissolves quickly, tart taste, and works. Worth the higher price.

My favorite creatine
I like this stuff and I wish I could find it locally. The taste isn't that great but it isn't awful either. I can feel a difference in my day to day life with this creatine and I try not to run out. Good stuff and it's priced reasonably.

Easier to tolerate than monohydrate - flavors are ok
I tried and did not tolerate the monohydrate version of Creatine. While I did not get bloating, it seemed to soften things a little too much. I happen to be aiming for the "mental clarity" dose, which for monohyrdate is about 10g daily, and I did 5g twice a day. For the HCL I am taking 3g a day, split as 1.5g twice a day. This means that out of the 100 "servings" in a container, I get 25 days. I have tried each flavor. While each one is tolerable, they all have their profiles and quirks. Here is my overview: - Lemon-lime reminds me of thera-flu. There is no sweetness, imo. That said, I think it's the best flavor. - Pineapple is like a muted version of lemon-lime, but unfortunately reminds me of a wet burp. - Raspberry is on the sweeter side. I saw a review that said it reminded them of a popsicle. That is kind of true. It is the least tart of the three. I'd say it's the most pleasant flavor, however, it's a little too sweet for me. I intend on rotating between lemon-lime and raspberry. I may even mix them. I was hoping the lemon-lime would be a bit more like gatorade, but I suspect others may prefer it on the tart side. I gave the product 4 stars, in part because they charge more (or discount less) the lemon-lime flavor. I suspect its because they know it's the best flavor, and not because it costs more or creates more value. Working out is something that everyone does differently in terms of frequency and intensity. While I am avoiding giving a review based on it working or not, I will say my overall recovery after working out seems to be faster. I'd personally have to do A/B testing with more discipline to declare that it works. There is a lot of research out there that suggests it does, and I suggest you do your own.

Great product.
Great flavors and results. After the first 2 weeks of use, I saw a noticeable increase in my overall strength and endurance. It also dissolves quickly in water.

No bloat quality stuff
Amazing stuff. I can put this in my morning orange juice and it'll taste amazing. on most days I'll have it with Gatorade that has most of my daily sugar intake there's small but reliable evidence that shows creatine with a dose of fruit juice that has sugar in it has faster delivery time with the body

10/10
Can see a huge difference in my muscle growth! This product dissolves well and does not leave a gritty powder on the bottom like most creatine does. The flavor is light so not worth getting flavored honestly.

Still waiting to see if it works, but the taste is a bit hard to take
I’ve been taking this product in two forms for about a month. I’m taking the EcoWise gummies and now the powder. I have concerns about the Gummies if it has enough creatine in it. Because they taste OK. The powder, however, is much stronger and much more challenging to take. I’ve taken it both in water and in a tea and found that mixing in a tea is better, but it’s still not the most pleasant. If anyone has any detail about how to tell how much creatine is actually in the Gummies, I would love to see it. Because to me, there’s no way that they can taste decent if it has the same amount of creatine that’s in the concrete powder.

Entirely my mistake but I bought this thinking there was more, the container is only 48g which brings it to close to $1000 per kilo..
