Very Impressed!
I am extremely pleased with the Purpleleaf Sandcherry shrub that was sent to me. It arrived before it was scheduled to be delivered and was very healthy and packaged well with not even a broken twig or wilting leaves. It is absolutely perfect! I planted it the same day it arrived and it is thriving, even budding out new leaves and has never lost even one leaf since it arrived! I could not be happier. I highly recommend buying from this seller and will definitely order from them again! I am an avid gardener and very picky about my plants, so this is truly a compliment.

Excellent with one caveat
Another winner delivered by the gardens that sell on Amazon. Extremely bushy and easily top of thigh high when planted. I was surprised at how big it was. The only issue was there were a lot of little holes in the leaves where some buggies were munching. I never saw any of them and they didn't damage or curl the leaves. I wised up from the last Sandcherry I planted and put a small opening chicken wire cage around the bush. My last one ended up with one stem after the bunny rabbits chomped off all the low branches. This one is to complement the other one and fill in the space a little better. Darn bunnies. Originally I wanted a bush, not a tree. Again, well packed, moist soil, plastic bag tied well around the entire container. Not messy at all.

Decent plants but…
For the two I purchased, they both were extremely root bound when they arrived. I had to take them out, break up the root ball, and then put them in a new container with new soil. They seem to be doing much better now. Also as a heads up if you plan to plant this in your yard, this variety of plant is extreme toxic to dogs.
