Birds love it!

This is absolutely great birdseed! No fillers at all. It’s probably the best of this type of seed I’ve ever bought. It arrived early, shipped from the Lyric company and is very fresh. Just ordered 2 more bags and the $5.00 coupon is a bonus.

The birds LOVE this high quality food, and it attracts many different kinds of birds, especially songbirds and woodpeckers. This is my go to brand for happy backyard birds.

This appears to be a good quality food especially for the price. There are a lot of nuts which I was looking for because the Wood Peckers, Cardinals and Blue Jays flock to that. I just wish the nuts were in smaller pieces. I was buying the Kaytee Nut and Fruit which is a similar food. I was going thru one or two 10lb bags of that per week. The birds were FLOCKING to it. I had 6 Jays at one time fighting over the feeder. Since the nuts were in smaller pieces they would stay on the feeder and eat instead of grabbing a big nut and flying off to eat. Since the feeder is hanging in front of a window, the cats and I had really good views of the birds. But Kaytee is pretty expensive especially going thru that much every week, I tried the Lyric. I like that it has a lot of nuts, but they are in much bigger pieces, or whole nuts. The birds are having a lot harder time getting the nuts out of the feeder, since it is a Woodpecker feeder with a wide mesh to hold the nuts. I'm not see nearly as many birds as the feeder as I was. I tried smashing them with a wooden roller to break the nuts into pieces, but that wore me out pretty fast. I tried putting it in the food processor and chopping it a bit, but that pulverized some of it too much. I don't think such small pieces are going to stay in the feeder.

Woodpeckers and many other birds love this, can't afford it all the time but I enjoy the different birds it brings. Well worth it occasionally.

Seems to be the fav of the cardinals and red headed woodpeckers, they where visiting regularly.. i bought something else and they disappeared within 2 days and rarely showed back up. Yesterday i got a new bag of this again and put some out this AM, within an hour i saw the cardinals. Food didn't disappear altogether like it use to but, i gather once they and the other birds that use to visit that particular bird feeding perch, will figure out soon their fav food is back.. Great blend but, know this is NOT for your regular hanging feeders with slots in them.. many of the pieces in this blend are larger, like there can be whole cashews, full size half pecans and large fruit pieces stuck together..

I love all the different birds that come around to eat out of my feeder! This comes with a variety of peanuts, dried corn, cranberries, etc. It attracts so many different birds with my favorite being the red bellied woodpecker!

I have been buying this product for over a year. Recently They have added corn to the mix. No birds like corn and it ends up on the ground. This is a "no waste" product. I don't like that they are adding corn as a filler now. Dissapointed
