The high gloss top coat was dry, i only bought this set because i wanted the high gloss top coat.

Top coat horrible !
The media could not be loaded. This is an okay top and base coat . I haven’t used the matte one yet but I love the base coat. As for the top coat it’s not that good it was super bulky and thick it was terrible ! I had to buy a product from Sally’s to loosen up the top coat . The smell is reaally strong as well so beware of that. But besides the top coat being bad I’ve got some really great nail looks out of the product.

the top and base coat i think are okay, they do what i need them to do so im not complaining. the matte top coat makes my nail polish wrinkly and they end up flakin off.
