Worked like a charm
Purchased this 3" thinset removal tool and the impact gun needed to use it to replace some Chinese quartzite I had on the patio. Both worked like a charm removing the old thinset mortar from the concrete foundation. So glad I found that these tools could do the job. I recommend The tools to anyone. The only problem I had was that my compressor was probably too small for the air output. I would have to wait a bit for the pressure to get back to where the gun and the tool needed. Once it did, both the impact gun and thinset tool worked great.

Good Tool
good tool, I had the trigger get stuck while running had to disconnect the air to it. keep it oiled...

Waste of $
I bought this based on the reviews to remove thinset from approximately 80 sq ft of floor space. The ceramic tiles were easy to remove. I used the tool for 3 hours and barely removed 20% of the thinset. I don't consider this a large job and thought the tool was well suited based on YouTube videos and customer reviews. I used their 2" blade. I have a new Porter-Cable compressor. This tool was a $ waste. I'm an active home DIY'er with most tools (table saw, chop saw, etc.) and recently laid 800 sq ft of walnut hardood. I thus don't think it's a user issue.

It's great!!
Very Powerful, however I have the wrong bit. Ordered a different bit. It does need to include a user manual though. I got the parts schematic with mine and then Youtube saved me. It's great!!

Is smaller than I had expected but worked fine- plenty of power
Has a quick release spring to hold the attachments. Bought the thinset removal bit recommended with it, but recommend buying the longer shank bit.
