This table is absolutely fantastic. I especially love the 3 different heights. There is no feature of this product that I've haven't used. I am a web developer, so I work on computers for most of my day, and sometimes a scene change is very welcome. I can use this on my bed, usually on the middle height, but being a slight person at 5'1" 125 lbs, I might suggest the taller height for larger people, though the middle height might work fine.I've also had guests at my home who work from laptops who've found this little table to be very helpful. The little light would be nice for several uses, especially for laptops without back-lit keyboards. Additionally, the lamp clicks in to the side of table for sleek and almost unnoticeable storage. The fan is wonderful since it is powered from the laptop itself. For any who needs to know, you could use a longer USB cable and plug it in to the wall if you don't have your laptop plugged in, but require use of the fan without draining your battery.I almost forgot to mention the storage bin. There's not much to say, except that it is very well-designed and I always utilize it. When I'm not using the table, I store the fan cable in there along with my note paper and pens.

I really like this. My 2-in-1 Lenovo Yoga tends to overheat in the laptop position after a short while, so I figured the cooler would be a good thing to have on a lapdesk. What I found is that even though the fan works great, just having it tilted gives the bottom of the laptop enough ventilation to prevent any issues. Not to mention having it tilted puts it at a much better angle. The tabs that fold up prevent the laptop from sliding too far toward you, and aren't so high as to obstruct my view when using my 2-in-1 in the tablet position. The mouse area is similar to a mousepad, and comfy on your wrist. I like that I can tilt the laptop but the mouse area stays flat. Having 2 heights for the legs is great, and the small storage compartment is great for storing pens, the USB cable, etc. The USB ports, fan, and light are just bonuses on an already great lapdesk. And you can fold everything flat when not in use. Great quality and function.

the cooling fan is great, particularly when a laptop gets older & internal fan doesn't function as well. it does keep it from overheating & it's quiet. the fan is powered by the laptop usb along with a small light on the side of the table. i have a work vpn login token with a dark lcd screen & am always looking for something to read that with. the light attached to this table is perfect for that, as well as reading documents you are working with.. the additional usb ports are very helpful when needed. the unit is plastic but reasonably sturdy. the legs telescope to make it higher which makes it a good table you are sitting in a low seat too i'm using it with a 17 in laptop & it's a little off center but that doesn't bother me. i don't know if i'd want a bigger table just for that reason. i always use the touchpad on my laptop because i don't like carrying around a lot of peripherals when i want to be portable. i have a regular desk for that purpose. i've seen a couple reviews where people said they didn't get the cable that plugs the table into the laptop. mine was in the small storage compartment, so i believe it is meant to be included & you should contact them if you don't get it... adding 6/7/2019 i started getting an error that said usb malfunctioned & the table stopped functioning. i found another cable that fit & plugged it in. didn't work at first but i tried different ways of pressing it in the port on the table. if i press down a little & secure it, it works again. so if it stops working, that doesn't mean it's broken. just try working with another cable.

So far this has worked great for me. The four stars is due to how hard it is to open the adjustable tray with the fan. The fan works great and I love how many different angles I can adjust it to. I am unable to open the tray for the mouse at all. I have to get my fiance to open for me if I accidentally close it. The legs are very sturdy and do not move easily, so I am not worried about them collapsing on me. I have only used the light a handful of times and it has worked great as well. Overall, I love it and I have recommended it to my friend.

If you put your laptop on the rest, it will fall off . the tabs to hold your laptop on are just to short and your laptop will fall off. Not a very good one. I would never buy another one. If you add a speaker, make sure you have a Bluetooth and not one that plugs in your it will not work do to static in the speaker, do to the fan. It is great for having the fan, works good.
