As someone who follows a mostly low-carb, gluten-free diet, it’s tough to find snacks that tick all the boxes: low sugar, high fiber, good protein, and no junk. These bars do it all. I love that they include brain-friendly ingredients like Lion’s Mane and MCTs it makes me feel like I’m fueling both my body and mind. So far, the Chocolate Sea Salt and Lemon Blueberry are my top two, but every flavor in the sampler had something unique to offer. The texture is dense but not chalky, and I find them really satisfying between meals or after a workout. They’ve even helped me cut down on sugary snacks because I know I’ve got something tasty and healthier to reach for. If you’re looking for a clean, on-the-go snack that actually supports your brain and energy levels, these are absolutely worth trying. I’ll definitely be ordering the full-size packs next!

This is a solid vegan protein bar! The main ingredient is almonds and pea protein, so you do get a little bit of a gritty texture and some pea protein aftertaste. If you're not used to it, it'll throw you off a bit.For no added sugar and extra fiber and benefits, I would eat these again. The Banana Nut is by far the best flavor and tastes like actual banana nut bread.

I found these bars to be quite valuable for the price I paid. They did have a slightly dry texture, but I appreciated the satisfying crunch they offered. The ingredient list seemed healthy and clean, which is a plus. Overall, I would rate the texture around 6/10, which is decent for a keto bar. They are low in carbs and have a good shelf life. While I would recommend them, it's important to note that they may not contribute significantly to weight loss.

They keep me full for hours without the bloated or heavy feeling some protein bars give. Plus, no weird aftertaste.Perfect for tossing in my bag for work or grabbing after a workout. As someone who eats mostly gluten-free and plant-based, it’s awesome to have a bar that checks all the boxes. Highly recommend these if you want a tasty, nutritious snack that actually supports your brain and body!

These bars are great. Ingredients are simple and clean. Macros are great with enough protein to justify it as a supplement for strength training or just a filling snack that isn't going to trash your diet. Just 1g of sugar is amazing too - I hate protein bars that are really candy bars in disguise. Taste is delicious (I love peanut butter), and texture is soft without any stickiness or toughness (some protein bars have made me lose crowns off my teeth, so this is important!). They survived the hot Texas heat just fine and arrived at my house in perfect shape. Best of all, they are very affordable compared to other bars on the market. Oh and my two year old son loves them too and I don't feel bad about letting him have some. 10/10 would buy again!

It is one of the best flavors. Top four for me are the chocolate mint, Chocolate sea salt, and lemon blueberry , and this one. I would give it 4.5 stars for taste. I like the crunchy bits mixed in the generally soft textured bar. It has a good caramel flavor which is a good contrast to the chocolate chips. They have 12grams of fiber with each bar, so it helps combat some side effects of the keto diet.
