608SSD21 NMB New Single Row Ball Bearing

We ordered these to replace the bearings in our fireplace fans. The sizing was exactly as described and these work very well. The fans are running smoothly again.

Ive had a pair last me over 15 years. Zero problems. Still fast. Ive cleaned them once. Wanted to get another set for a complete board i have. Glad i was able to find these.

These were the same ID numbers as the factory ones on my Eureka vacuum cleaner. However, for some reason, they would not go on the shaft without beating it with a socket. I was careful to hit the socket only on the inner race but it ruined both bearings anyway. I was going to buy two more and grease the shaft and maybe use a press instead but all the hitting made the motor move on the shaft AND I mushroomed the end of the shaft. I had to throw the vacuum cleaner away. Such a waste
