It's cod liver oil, I'm not sure what benefit we are getting, we would have to stop taking them and find out. But they sreveasy to swallow.

Excellent product. Good size, easy to swallow, and no taste/smell. Paid £20 for 360 capsules. I've now bought a 2nd jar as 3 of us were using them. Good value for money compared to alternative products/sources.
