Loving the new rig! The speed and performance are great for work, CAD, and gaming. The only issue I've hit is that there's no USB C connection so to use my Quest with the rift link I have to get a rift link cable (one end USB C the other regular USB 3.0 male. Not a big issue, easily sorted. The LED controller is nice (so I can shut off the annoying LED's if I don't want crazy rainbow stuff. I'm still looking for how to shut the lights off to the keyboard and mouse but they both work great frankly. If you're in the market this is a great place to be! I'll use it for hardware development at Nemesislab.com so it really fits the bill!

Was very excited to buy my teenage son his first gaming computer. After spending a lot of $ and carefully installing and following the instructions we get an error message and distorted start up screen telling us Windows was unable to start properly. After multiple attempts and checking all the wiring nothing changed and we kept getting the same start up screen as pictured. Doesn’t anyone pre-run these very expensive computers before they send them out to customers?! Will be calling customer service tomorrow as they are not open on Sundays and will update on customer service experience.

I’ll start this off with the pros -out of the box no issues -lots of Spence in case for added cooling or whatever u want to add -Ability to run any game out right now with out a problem Cons -cooling especially the cpu cooling needs a upgrade pretty much right out of the box -was a pain to find exact model of parts it literally came with a piece of paper that said u could get this part or this one I mean an actual parts list would’ve been nice -you do get a remote for fan but I still havent found a way to control the actual speed of the fans I’m conclusion if you can find this for the right price go for it and then upgrade. This is an awesome build for anyone looking to get into pc games but are not trying to spend tons of money

My son uses this PC for school work, learning to code and gaming. It's got a great speed and the lighting is amazing!

The machine came earlier than expected. Very good condition! Super quite. Very thankful! One of the best computers I ever owned. Exciting what cool projects I will be able to do with this PC.

got this for both gaming and video editing and the performance has been seemless. so dope.

not to be under estimated

I have had the computer for about ten months now and the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth module connected to the motherboard has stopped working. I’ve tried contacting support and they would like me to send the computer for a cross country journey. The cost of shipping it should be covered under warranty, but support has not told me so. I am slightly disappointed in the support that I am getting. I feel like I have been locked in the cold on this one.
