This really helped while I had a sore throat and lost my voice. It also seemed to calm my coughing, as well as my sore throat, with a numbing effect. The spray is quick and very easy to use. I would recommend this product if you have sore throat. The taste was nothing special, but I found it worth it for the results.

So so glad this stuff is available because when you need it, you REALLY need it and it literally feels like a lifesaver! It tastes great, does what you want-numbs and decreases swelling and gives wonder relief! It doesn’t last terribly long-but usually only one or two doses is all you need for the relief! Reach for this when having a sore throat it works even though the taste isn't that good.

This spray lived in my right hand when I had a 104 degree fever. It lasted a long time and actually prevented my coughs. I couldn't taste the flavor when I was sick which was probably even better and I slept well because my throat felt better.

Husband has strep throat and the doctor recommended using this in addition to the medication he prescribed. First time in a week that some of the pain subsided. It was instant relief the minute he used it. Was going to take off a star because it was so hard to get into but it works too well to quibble over packaging.

Good to know this product exists as I’m not a fan of honey flavoured throat sprays. But it would be helpful if the expiry date on the bottom of the bottle was more visible.
