I just purchased a '15 Cruz and went to UB HQ in Rockland & they replaced my entire frame with a new one including the factory leather handlebars which I previously did not have. The leather looked so nice but the missing piece was this grab bar (they also provided me with a new neoprene grab bar cover also while there). I ordered this and tried to stretch it over the neoprene cover but theres no way... I see some people have it over (wondering if circumference of grab bars changed over the years?) And some people had it on without neoprene cover, in one case the leather cover was all loose. I took the neoprene off and installed it, let me tell you it was STILL crazy tight. It took some effort to get this thing on, and I'm a train mechanic by trade! I literally used my leatherman pliers to pull the zipper up the remaining half way. Either way, this thing matches handlebars perfectly, color, the perforations... and it looks basically factory because it's so tight on the bar. It really took the stroller over the top in regards to aesthetics. The only thing I would change, is if they sewed a little pocket for the zipper to tuck into, otherwise it kinda just dangles around. Other than that, its sweet!

The leather handle bars (push bar) were easy to install. The baby bar was a little tighter. There are instructions via youtube to help with the install. I used a zip tie to help pull the zipper tight. This really refreshes the look, and makes it look richer. Love the saddle leather.
