Atkins Day Bread Mix 1x400g by Day Break

This is serious dense, protein packed source bread. This is often called Marathon Bread at the local Fresh Market stores in your neighborhood. This is not for the weak; it's a fitness foodie item. You have to like seeds in your bread, and so dense it will not rise, surprising consumers and bakers. This is not some cheap wonder loaf of fluff and carbs and preservative garbage. This is serious protein enriched bread based on nuts and seeds as base product. Try it; it's better for you than any bleached wheat white bread with polka dots on the wrapper. Protein in loaf form. Makes a helluva grilled cheese sandwich.

This was much more delish than expected! I would eat this bread over any other bread any day (if it weren't 5x the price!). Spendy, yes, but if you're doing the low-carb thing, it's definitely a nice treat every once in awhile!

Decided to try keto-style eating to reduce carbs but really missed having bread. Tried a couple of the supermarket lower carb breads but was disappointed with their taste and texture. When I found this Atkins Bread Mix and saw that I could bake it in my breadmaker the thought of having fresh-baked bread again had me ordering straight away. So glad I did! This is by far the best lower-carb bread I've tried. If you don't like bread containing seeds, grain and soy, don't bother. If, however, you do like that style of bread, chances are you'll love this as much as I do. Tastes great toasted, too! An added bonus is that it stays soft until the last (1 loaf usually lasts me 5-7 days). A little expensive but still cheaper than most of the other lower-carb breadmixes I've seen online. Highly recommend.
