Q: Is this supposed to have an instruction booklet? Mine didn't come with one.

When I first received my styler, I couldn’t figure out how to turn it on and there were no instructions included. I returned it to Amazon and requested a new one. When I received the new one, it did include a full instruction booklet. That’s what I would recommend for you.
