Great white cornmeal for breading foods!
This is great for breading catfish for frying or baking. Also great for fried green tomatoes and fried okra, and hush puppies! Just add the spices you like and get cooking.

Best Arepas Flour Ever!!
We wanted to make cheese arepas for dinner and we decided to buy this arepa flour which is the traditional arepa flour we all Latinamericans know, and it never disappoints!! Our arepas came out fluffy and perfect. The package came quickly but unfortunately it looked like it had cracked open on the way to me. I don’t think there was bad intention, just maybe the bag bumped with other products inside the box and it broke. It worked perfect non the less. I give it a 4 star just because of the condition in which it arrived at my house. This was super affordable and with just one bag you can make lots of arepas. It’s easy to work with your hands. Just add water or milk. They taste absolutely delicious! They actually taste like home… Love!
