Elevating Your Culinary Game
I must say, I was a bit skeptical when I first ordered this bag of rosemary. I mean, how fancy can dried herbs really be? But let me tell you, this Frontier Co-op Rosemary Leaf Whole - Extra Fancy Grade 1 lb is a game-changer. I feel like I'm cooking in a Michelin-starred restaurant every time I use it. First of all, the aroma is incredible. It's like being transported to a Mediterranean herb garden every time I open the bag. I swear, I've caught my neighbors sniffing around my kitchen window more than once. And the flavor? Oh man, don't even get me started. This rosemary is so flavorful and potent that I swear it could bring a dead chicken back to life. (Okay, maybe not literally, but you get the point.) But the real reason I'm giving this rosemary five stars is because of the sheer volume of it. I've had this bag for months and I swear it's still half full. I mean, I've used it in everything from roasted potatoes to homemade bread to bath salts (hey, don't knock it 'til you try it) and I still have enough left to season an entire herd of sheep. And speaking of sheep, let me tell you about the time I accidentally spilled some of this rosemary on my cat's fur. He smelled so delicious that I swear I almost took a bite out of him. But don't worry, I didn't. I just gave him a good brushing and he's been the most fragrant feline in the neighborhood ever since. All in all, I highly recommend Frontier Co-op Rosemary Leaf Whole - Extra Fancy Grade 1 lb to anyone who loves to cook, eat, or just wants their pets to smell delicious. Five stars, two thumbs up, and a standing ovation from my taste buds. Bravo, Frontier Co-op. Bravo. Here are some tips and tricks for using and storing dry rosemary leaf: 1. Store in a cool, dry place: To keep your dry rosemary leaf fresh and flavorful, store it in an airtight container in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. 2. Crush before use: Crush the dry rosemary leaf between your fingers or with a mortar and pestle before using it in recipes. This will help release the essential oils and flavor. 3. Add to savory dishes: Dry rosemary leaf is a popular herb for seasoning meats, soups, stews, and roasted vegetables. It can also be added to bread dough or sprinkled on top of pizza. 4. Use sparingly: Dry rosemary leaf has a strong flavor, so use it sparingly in recipes. A little goes a long way. 5. Make rosemary-infused oil: Combine dry rosemary leaf with olive oil in a jar and let it infuse for a few days. Use the oil to add flavor to salads or as a dipping oil for bread. 6. Make rosemary tea: Add a teaspoon of dry rosemary leaf to a cup of hot water and let it steep for 5-10 minutes. Strain and enjoy as a calming and aromatic tea. 7. Use as a natural air freshener: Dry rosemary leaf can also be used as a natural air freshener. Tie a handful of dry rosemary leaf in a cheesecloth and place it in a closet or drawer to keep clothes smelling fresh. 8. Remember, dry rosemary leaf can last up to 6 months if stored properly, so it's always a good idea to check the expiration date before using it in recipes.

A Good Value for the money
This review is for "Frontier Co-op Rosemary Leaf Whole - Extra Fancy Grade 1 lb" Wow! you get a whole pound of dried rosemary. I wish the packaging was better - like at least a re-sealable bag if not a plastic jar. But I guess for the price you get a thin bag which once you open, you have to transfer to content to an airtight dry container to preserve the flavor. The quality of product is good and I have enjoyed using for many applications including making rosemary tea.
