Very useful good sized touchscreen monitor at an affordable price for windows and rpi!
I got this to use as a screen for raspberry pi as it’s unnecessary to use a full size monitor for one and I wanted a touchscreen. Due to its ease of use I may use it as an extra monitor for windows too! Pros: - The instructions are intuitive and very easy to follow both in assembly and programming for rpi. - It comes with 2 display adapters suitable for raspberry pi 4: Micro hdmi to hdmi which is very short but made up for with a female hdmi adapter to use with a hdmi cable. - Resolution is good for it’s size - Viewing angle is good, as claimed. - To use with windows is simple plug and play even with touchscreen. - It has two optional viewing angles by rotating the mount, useful for closeup and normal use Cons: - Excessive unnecessary plastic packaging - It would be nicer with black screws on the front to make it look nicer which I may put in myself. - Micro usb very short and bulky so I will be using my own. It comes with 2 micro usb connections which I feel is unnecessary but it’s not a problem, a backup for power if one fails! Overall it is very good value for money, there aren’t many competitors at this price and it works well as a primary or secondary screen.

Great monitor for RaspberryPi
I ordered this taking a gamble. I am impressed with the screen the brightness is good. Viewing angles is not the best but great for close up usage. The touchscreen is pretty decent which im happy with as its responsive and snappy. The one annoyance to me about this item is that the case and monitor board have slots for where a headphone jack should be, but is it not included. And after some investigation came to the conclusion that it wont be as simple as just soldering a 3.5mm jack on to the board. I have looked for an upgraded model but have been unsuccessful. This however has not taken away from the fact that this is a great screen for the price with a handy stand thats a breeze to assemble, and you can change angle of the screen by just turning the stand around(2 preset angles) Overall other than the no pass through audio i think its a great device for people in the IoT world. I have just ordered my 2nd of these

Good monitor - don't try to use it as a camera monitor.
Great picture quality and easy to use. I tried to use this as a camera monitor which was a nightmare as there are 0 mounting points on the monitor (it's not advertised as a camera monitor so thats my fault). Does work as a cam monitor just can't attach it. Excellent if you have a raspberry pi or something similar!

Failed so returned. Looked great, will try same again.
The appearance was great. Very clear, great picture, worked well, looked neat on the shelf. Unfortunately it failed after a few hours so I sent it back. You'll get occasional failures with any product so I'm not unduly worried. I liked it enough that I plan to try another the same when I have time.

Better than I first thought
Good points: Works with no driver changes or installation. Works on Linux (no right click unless you tinker or install twofing or equivalent, but that's a Linux limitation). Great picture quality Bad points: The acrylic case is fingerprint city and leaves a big gap around the screen. There is no screen protection - it seems to advertise as having a tempered glass protector, but if that breaks, where do you get a new one? With no replacement, it isn't really protection is it? Dust can get in easily. Assembly was easy, but I could have paid £4 more for a better case that encloses the whole thing.

Great image quality
This is a super little screen for the money. easy and accurate instructions and looks good. Can't fault it. takes power from the usb (from the Pi in my case) so be careful your usb suppy to the pi has enough grunt or the Pi may reboot continuously. Thats not a fault of this screen though

If you are going to use tiny nuts for assembly, nave the brains to include extras in the package
Problems with this device 1) you have to assemble the device 2) You have to use the world's smallest nuts that are difficult to handle and prone to drop. 3) You end up spending a few extra hours searching for the dropped nuts because they didn't have the brains to include extras 4) The Front bezel is too big for the screen and you can see daylight all around it

Is NOT Acrylic!
The touchscreen works, but as I am waiting for an adapter to connect it to the PC's graphics card I cannot use the screen to display anything (yet). However I was extremely disappointed when my kit arrived and the advertised acrylic case was instead a laser-cut MDF one. I will be painting it but it was still a let-down.
