for me in the professional field of HVAC, these are a great companion for anyone who knows about this wonderful trade. even if you don't know the how to, this a great book for those who want to know what the tech is doing to your unit, I do not recommend for someone who wants their hand on this trade, you have to know what you are doing and this is not for everyone, but the book really explains on how to use your tools to make sure you get it right the first time.

This workbook is extremely helpful in checking and correcting your understanding of the concepts and principles covered in the actual book. The questions are numerous and detailed. The accompanying answer sheet is great to check your answers and ensure you either "got it right" or figure out why you didn't. I highly recommend!

this is worth buying

This is an absolute necessity for students, trainees or anybody in the hvac field. Accompany the workbook with the ebook or paperback and your ready to learn. Highly informative and focuses on the meat and potatoes of learning. Provides clarity and understanding in all the right topics. Touches on everything from how to vacuum a system, superheat, subcool, recovery etc. Highly recommend

When you buy a brand new book for full price you expect a book that’s not bent and permanently creased on the corners.

This is a great book, well illustrated, easy to understand I got the workbook also, It requires a bit of effort to complete But it is worth the effort My mini split thought it was going to kick my grass but I showed it who was boss I spent a small fortune on all the tools that I needed but the end result was worth the effort and expense

As a entry level hvac tech this was the best piece of training and reference literature I got and STILL refer to. A little pricey but, still worth getting. Very clear easy to understand and learn from

This is an essential book to accompany the main book, if someone reads the book and then answers the questions in this book they will understand the material much much better. It’s a must have besides the main book

I like that the product has very clear and colorful depictions of the components described in the literature.
