Patches Very Effective
Ben Gay patches work for me because they are not painful to remove yet stay in place. I also like the large size that I can trim as needed.

Works well, very sticky but manageable to put on your back
I've tried several brands of pain relief patches, large and small and the large size Bengay brand does very well! I am so pleased that I have ordered several boxes of them since (I purchased large size patches in boxes, each in pack of qty-5 patches). I also like the menthol vapor too.

These work!
I have occasional lower back pain and have tried various brands for my pain relief. I found that these Ben Gay patches work the fastest and stay on until you want to take them off. The scent is the typical Ben Gay scent which I personally don't mind.
